We are looking for an extremely hungry and ambitious individual to join Globaltrack as a Fusion Executive in Beira, Mozambique.
The successful personal will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients and maximising sales opportunities with them. This includes resolving client queries, execution of special projects and becoming a trusted advisor and resource for key clients.
1) Client Relationship Management
• Execution of Client Retention Policies to keep Key Clients satisfied
• Understanding Key Clients and their Needs
• Becoming a Trusted Advisor and Resource for Key Clients by demonstrating Value for the Client
• Establishing Clear and Frequent Communication with Key Clients with scheduled routine customer visits based on Customer Classification / Gamification
• Negotiating extension of Contracts that have reached their End of life period
• Upselling Existing Clients to new Products, Modules and Services
2) New Business Development by identifying prospective clients.
• Evaluating Client position in the industry; researching and analyzing best sales options.
• Establishing contact and developing relationships with prospective clients.
• Pitching of Globaltrack Products & Services and Recommending best solutions based on Client needs.
• Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
• Researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending product and service improvements.
• Highly proactive and Target driven
• Must have 2-3 years in key account management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Extremely driven and dedicated to reach targets.
