The data provided by the user is managed by W3 Ltd. with the purpose of offering a service to promote your professional or business profile and to communicate with other users via the webs listed under profdir.com and acciontrabajo.com as well as the apps associated to this network.
By setting up and maintaining a profile you commit to provide accurate and updated information about yourself or your business and authorize its publication in this and the W3 ltd. professional network via the webs listed at profdir.com and acciontrabajo.com, when a version of the site exists for the same country in a different language, and their apps in accordance with the visibility level configured via your personal area. When you create your profile the default visibility may be the highest available.
Users and busineses using the service can, at anytime, review, update or remove their details from the system through the website or app via their user or business account. In the event of a technical problem while using the system the user can request through the contact form, link provided at the bottom of these terms, to remove or update the details manually. The user is responsible for maintaining his/her login details safe. Requests to remove your data as a consequence of you losing your login details to access the system will require to verify your identity by providing a scanned copy of a valid and official ID and the payment of a small administration fee.
Details provided by the user are managed and displayed in accordance with the visibility or privacy settings selected by the user through the user or business area. The user accepts W3 Ltd. is not responsible for any use or missuse of these details by other users or visitors of the system.
If you represent a business using this service you declare the business is legally registered in your country and agree to use the service to promote your services which must be legal both in your country and in the United Kingdom or to recruit professionals for your organisation or for others that have allowed you to represent them. Any other use is forbidden and W3 Ltd. reserves the right to completely remove your account. In addition, W3 Ltd. may notifiy authorities if there are reasons to believe you are incurring in unlawful conduct.
The business also agrees to provide extensive information of its nature and of the jobs advertised on the system. Any job or company description that contains contact details as part of its description will be removed and, if this occurs recurrently W3 Ltd. reserves the right to remove the account entirely without notice.
The jobs advertised must exist at the moment of publication, they have to be paid even if the salary is not stated in the description.
Adding jobs that are duplicated, not paid, multi-level, comission only, promoting products and services disguised as a job opportunity or services associated to prostitution is forbidden and violating this term will lead to the termination of the account without notice.
Under no circusmtances you can solicitate other users payments in order to assist them to promote their professional career or to help them find employment.
The user accepts he/she can not contact other users that he does not previously know unless he/she signs up to a service level that allows it and according to the limits associated to the service.
When the user signs up to a paying service authorises us or a third party acting on our behalf to store and continue billing your payment method (e.g. credit card) even after it has expired to avoid interruptions in the service and to use it to pay other services you may buy. If you purchase a subscription, your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each subscription period for the fees and taxes applicable to that period. To avoid future charges, cancel the auto renewal option from the billing section in your account before the renewal date. The user authorises W3 Ltd. to send him/her telematic messages in accordance to his/her preferences. The user can enable/disable alerts or change the frequency of these messages via its user area.
The service can be interrupted or suspended at anytime wihtout previous warning and the user accepts we are not bound to maintain its details in the system indefinitely.
At anytime, we can limit the way, the frequency or the number of users you can contact.
We do not guarantee the integrity, efficiency or availability of the service.
These terms and conditions may be updated at anytime and will come into effect at the moment they get published.

1. Legal responsibility
All references to "the user", "you", "the site" and "us" are defined as specified in the terms of service.

Your name and surname may appear on the company profile as a point of contact.

– When You log in or import data from third-party sites
You may also create an account or log in to your account using third-party websites or software including, but not limited to Facebook, Google, Outlook or Yahoo. If you do not already have an account but log in to the site using your account in any of those sites this creates an account using the same email address used on those websites. If you agree to provide this information to us, those websites will authenticate you and redirect you to our site. Please note, when you log in to our site using your account at any of those websites they may cookie you in order to authenticate you as their user.
By accessing or login through these third party sites you agree they will share certain data for the purposes of authentication to permit you to access our site in a secure manner. You may stop this at any point from your account on those sites. This information will be considered account information for purposes of your use of the site.
When you import your address book from those third party sites, so that you can find and connect with people you already know via our site.

3. Limitation of use or disclosure of personal data
3.1 Where the user wants to close an account
When a user closes an account, the user will no longer have access to any of the data we make available under that account name including but not limited to, contact lists, messages, search history, saved jobs, job applications and any other data associated with the account.
We reserve the right to keep any materials in a closed account as necessary to preserve and protect our rights to the extent permitted by law (for example, to preserve records of a dispute) or to comply with its obligations under local law (for example, if requested to retain by law enforcement). A closed account does not mean that all of the data is removed from the systems although it will not be readily available under the original account identification. When the user presses the remove account button or link we will begin to process that instruction within 24 hours and will have completed the operation within 30 days.
3.2 Where a business wants to close a business account
A business may close an account at any time by pressing the delete account button while logged in to its business area. Please note that we must preserve business records pertaining to that account to comply with obligations under law. Alternatively, if a bussines wishes to access or delete their personal data held by us, they can do from their business area by clicking on the edit business details button or the delete account button.
3.3 Where a user wants to delete a job application
If a user wants to withdraw a job application the user is advised to contact the prospective business directly to request deletion of their application.
3.4 Incorrect contact details
In the event that the electronic destination provided to us is incorrect, communications from or to you may not be delivered.
3.5 Message relaying
When communicating through the site's mail relay system, you will see randomly generated emails associated to the sites domain name. You understand that you retain no ownership rights to these email addresses, which are specific to communications between you and other users but are owned by us. However, your name or business name may appear in the “To:” or “From:” field.
Please also note that since these message proxy and relay services depend on the functionality of third-party providers, there may be technical delays on the part of those email service providers.
3.6 Minimum age of the user
The site is not for use by anyone under the age of 16 or below the legal age in your country or the country which we serve under this domain. To use the site you agree that you must be the minimum age or older.
4. Purposes, uses and disclosures of information

When you give us contact information (such as your name and email address) and other forms of Personal and non-personal data, you agree that the information provided is accurate and agree for us to utilize this information for the purposes outlined in sections 4, 5 and 9, to the extent applicable. All business profiles are public unless we authorize you to operate as a confidencial profile. When you make your profile public, your name and other personal data that you place on your profile is available to third parties. Those third parties may be interested in you and may forward your profile details to other third parties.
If you post a public profile, this may be crawled by, and displayed through search engines when someone searches for your name. This means that third parties can view the personal data contained in your profile and you may receive unsolicited contact from parties unaffiliated with us and for whom we have no responsibility. If you post a public profile on the site, please note that any profile you post publicly is public information and the content may be copied by a third party in violation of these terms.
For public personal profiles, you also authorize us to remove your name from your public profile, in certain instances.
Changing your profile privacy settings

4.5 Making contacts with other users and businesses
You acknowledge that your profile will be made available to users and businesses you add to your network, contact or apply to jobs they have posted.
If your profile is public you acknowledge that we may forward it to other users or businesses if we believe this could be of your or their benefit.
If you import your address book you authorize us to send to those contacts selected by you a message to invite them to visit your profile and join your professional network on the site. You allow us to show your profile to contacts that are already registered on the site if your profile privacy settings allows it.
4.6 Sending messages via the site
The site provides two-way message proxy and relay services to the users of our service. By utilizing this relay function, you acknowledge that you are asking to send these messages on your behalf.
We monitor, review, store and analyze such content, including via automated means, for data analysis, quality control, and to improve the site or any other service provided by the site. Examples of such improvements would be optimizing our search results, improving job listings, provide you with personally relevant product features and preventing fraud and spam.
4.7 Preventing fraud and spam
We may use a variety of methods to detect anomalous activity and filter or monitor content to prevent abuse such as spam or fraud. However, such detection methods are not perfect and false positives may occur. These efforts may on occasion result in a temporary or permanent suspension or termination of some functions for some users or their entire account.

No puedo ver los currículums de los candidatos que se interesaron por mis ofertas de empleo ¿Tengo que cambiar de cuenta?
Cada mes su cuenta obtiene nuevos créditos para visualizar y contactar un número de usuarios que se postulan a sus empleos. Si Ud. excede ese cupo entonces sí requiere cambiar a un modo superior.

Use the RSS feeds to download the latest jobs. You can use the content in your web providing the jobs are listed unedited and contain an easily identifiable link to the page for each vacancy. Under no circumstance you may request your visitors to provide you with any of his/her personal details in order to access the link to our vacancies. Access to our system may be revoked to you or the content specifically provided to your system may be modified at any moment without notice and at our discretion, particularly if we observe you do not comply with these rules.
If your company is on Standard or Premium mode or uses a multi job board posting service you may use the API to automate your job posting.
